Right in the center of Rotterdam are two monumental residential buildings 'De Jan Evertsenplaats', a stone's throw from the Lijnbaan, Schouwburgplein and Rotterdam Central Station. The buildings date from 1958 and have been recently renovated.

We have a nice, spacious 3 room apartment for rent, located on the first floor.
The living room has 2 large windows, making it wonderfully light and overlooks a pleasant shopping street, adjacent to a spacious balcony. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and both bedrooms have a double bed and have sufficient closet space.
The bathroom has a nice shower cabin with sink.
Toilet is separate and located next to the bathroom.

The apartment is rented fully furnished including bed linen, towels and final cleaning. The separate kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities, a combination microwave, gas hob and a dishwasher. And there is also a balcony.
Extras such as WiFi, digital TV and washing machine are standard in all our apartments.
