The apartment:
Ground floor: doorbells, entrance with short stairs to elevator
10th floor: gallery to the front door of the apartment. You enter a corridor where all rooms are located. On the right side you will find the two spacious bedrooms, both approximately 14m². The bedrooms are respectively equipped with a double bed and a single bed. On the left side of the hallway you will find the bathroom with shower over bath and washbasin and a separate toilet. The living room is located at the rear of the apartment and has a house-wide balcony. There is an open connection to the kitchen, which is equipped with built-in appliances. Next to the kitchen in a separate storage room with washing machine.

The district: The Stadsdriehoek is a prime location! Here you can enjoy the inspiring environment and all the city amenities every day. It is a neighborhood where it all happens: living, working and having fun. Here you will find many shopping streets such as the Meent and Pannekoekstraat, cozy cafes and restaurants. But also the central library, several sports facilities, various supermarkets and the Rotterdam Market on the Binnenrotte for fresh products.

Public transport facilities: Within walking distance of the apartment you will find the metro, bus, tram and train at the Blaak train station. You will be on the other side of the Randstad in no time at all.

Restaurants and nightlife: This apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all (city) amenities. In the area you will find various lively entertainment venues and you can enjoy a snack and a drink at the Oude Haven. Prefer to spend the weekend shopping? Then the well-known Markthal, Koopgoot and Meent are just around the corner.
