The location of the district Old West is central and dynamic. It is a pleasant neighborhood in the center of Rotterdam with its own identity: cosy, divers and lively. The two best-known shopping streets are West-Kruiskade and Nieuwe Binnenweg, which have emerged as popular places in recent years. Here you will find many special shops and restaurants. Are you in for a fun outing? Schouwburgplein with concert and conference building De Doelen, the Pathé cinema and the Rotterdamse Schouwburg are a little further away and offer various (cultural) activities. Within walking distance you reach the bustling city center and Central Station for use of the train, metro, tram and bus. The Rotterdam ring road is also a 5-minute drive away. All daily amenities such as supermarkets, evening shops and sports activities can be found nearby. Tram 4 stops in front of the building. 

Layout of the apartment
On the ground floor you will find the front door to the street with doorbells and letterbox. At the entrance you enter the building through a staircase to the first floor.

The apartment has its own front door on the first floor. After the front door you will find the hall, with door to the living room. The living room has enough space and an open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and extractor hood. There is also a separate microwave. Through the living room there is access to the communal courtyard and access to the second floor via the stairs.

At the top of the stairs you will immediately enter the sleeping floor with access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin.

You can go even further up the stairs to the second bedroom. Here you will find a single bed, desk, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the central heating room.
