Our rental assistance in 6 steps.

1. Intake We schedule an initial meeting and make an inventory of the housing requirements, the rental budget and tell you about the possibilities, the rental market, pitfalls and the working method. Then we immediately start the search for suitable rental properties.
2. Search together We will look for suitable rental properties that meet your wishes and profile. Hospa is active in a wide brokerage network, which allows us to show offers that are not yet actively offered on the market. In turn, you can also submit properties that you have found online that seem interesting. Together we make the best selection of interesting homes.
3. Schedule viewingsWe plan the viewings as efficiently as possible. This often succeeds in a housing tour. If that does not work, we will work with you to find the most suitable efficiency. During the viewings we look together with you and give advice when necessary. Have you not found the right homes after the viewings? We will continue to search with you until you have found a suitable home.
4. Negotiation We assist in making a proposal, negotiating and contacting the rental agent. In addition, we help deliver the correct documents.
5. Check of documents We thoroughly check the rental agreement including all other documents for legal correctness and take action when necessary. We go through the documents with you so that you are not faced with surprises.
6. Handover and aftercare On the day of the handover, we will be with you to check the property for proper inspection. We will ensure that you are connected for utilities, internet / TV and possibly other related matters, such as insurances.
